I am active based in Oshima-gun Yoron Island.

As a chef, he has accumulated experience in various fields for many years and has worked mainly on cooking classes, catering chefs and so on.

Since September 2015, we moved the location of the activity base to Yoron Island and now "Tatsurou Chef's happiness cooking classroom" "Tatsurou Chef's blue sky restaurant" is active nationwide, and is also involved in product development with producers.

In July 2016, he published his book "Aozora Himawari" that spelled his half life. (Selling Amazonkindle)

I am working as a professional chef and food education instructor in Japan

We are looking overseas as a future activity.

I believe that what I have cultivated as professional chefs, such as cooking classes and food education classes, can be used by overseas people.

It is an activity to convey the wonderfulness and importance of cooking including precious dishes, knowledge and culture that can be done by Japanese people, and the preciousness of life transmitted by eating.


Purpose of food education activities


Current economic circumstances of Japan that are often seen in mass production and mass disposal.

I feel that there is nothing such as commonplace.

How much we can eat depends on how much you eat.

Modern, everyday you can choose to eat more and more, as you think whether it is appreciated or not, I think that it is one troublesome problem that I am confident.

I do not like eating this → I do not eat → Nutrition is biased → Irregularities in my body → I lose my physical condition

It is said that there are many cases where the chain of invitation is invited.

Food is an energy source, and by ingesting it, it is possible to make a healthy body sturdy.

There are facts still in the world that can not be eaten.

Poverty is accompanied by the inability to consume the necessary energy and nutrients

It is the current situation that poverty leads to death after being young.

Rice, vegetables, fish, animals, all the bounties of nature were born

with lives, and have the same life as people do.

There are many cases where various diseases are invited if the view of selection of likes and dislikes to food materials becomes wider,

For those who can not afford to eat even more than anything else, my thoughts on how those people feel will be filled with excitement. Everyone will continue to understand the importance of eating

I think that it is necessary thing to have to know.

I want to tell every single person in the future as I work on how much food is important.

I think that it is necessary to seriously look at how we can deal with it,

I think that it will become a future bridge by just having a little importance of eating, the wonderfulness of life, consciousness and knowledge.

Every time a happy cooking class is held, smiles of adults and happy opinions,

It is a source that can give a refinement to my own activities for a child's smiley smile.

I think it is very important to have time to think about food again. It is not a taste of the gourmet-oriented level that such as delicious food is such, what is important and what is necessary via food. In my daily life without much thought, I think that being able to think about the importance of eating even for a little time also becomes a care of one's own body and thinks that it is a necessary means to prevent sickness and to take full physical condition It is from. Considering the current situation that there are countries that can eat three meals on a full stomach and a life-threatening country, how will it appear for those who can not eat the everyday chosen by likes and dislikes? I would like to ask questions about such minimum necessary value. Including the causal relationship between medical treatment and food, I take the time of this food education lecture most seriously.

We also take care of the connection with agricultural producers, we are working together on everything from event and product development to think about future issues. I think that food is the most important thing with producers and I feel that it is also a big role for my dietary education activities to communicate things that must always cherish this benefit.
